REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the Moxsi app and the frame lock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Park the bike without stopping the rental by activating the park mode in the app and then closing the frame lock. The rental continues. Open the lock again by app.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official Moxsi station and press the frame lock lever down to lock the bike.

RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the Moxsi app. You will receive the 4-digit lock code via the app to enter into the BikeComputer. Press OK and pull the fork lock out.
PARKING MODE
Park the bike without stopping the rental by pressing "P" on the BikeComputer. Close the fork lock. The rental continues. Open the lock again with the 4-digit lock code.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official Moxsi station. Press OK on the BikeComputer and close the fork lock.

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. Find the pass that suits you best.
With your pass, e-bike rentals made from an e-bike station to another e-bike station will have the first 30 minutes FREE of charge.

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic tariff.

With a monthly/anual tariff for pedal bikes, e-bike rentals made from an e-bike station to another e-bike station will have the first 30 minutes FREE of charge.
Monthly pass

The first 30 minutes per rental are included.
€0.50 / every additional 30 minutes up to 2h of rental.
€0.75 / every additional 30 minutes if you exceed 2h of rental.
Automatically renewed.
Annual pass
€40 / year
First 30 minutes per rental are included.
€0.50 / every additional 30 minutes up to 2h of rental.

To get your family discount you must write to our email info@moxsi.es requesting the annual family membership you want. You must include the following documentation:
– Family book or certificate of domestic partnership
– National ID cards of each family member
Annual pass for ULPGC Sitycleta
€35 / year
Annual season ticket for students of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Register with your student email and you will have access to this subscription in your app.
Monthly mix pass
€6.67 / month
Combined Sítycleta and Sítyneta tariff.
Includes the first 20 minutes of 5 e-scooter rentals per day. From minute 21 on the Sityneta basic rate will apply.
E-bikes and pedal bikes will enjoy the same benefits and rates as the Sítycleta subscriptions.
